Absolute Beginners
A six week course for small groups (around 3 skaters per coach) of beginner skaters aged 7-13 with exclusive access to the skatepark, delivered by Skateboard GB accredited coaches Ali and Henry. Course content designed to build skateboarding confidence and proficiency.
Each week builds on the last:
- Week 1 - Skateboarding basics, balance, stance, introduce pushing
- Week 2 - Focus on pushing, speed, stopping
- Week 3 - Tic tacs and ramp basics
- Week 4 - Riding round the whole park, solidify foundations
- Week 5 - Beginner tricks and skills
- Week 6 - Skills challenge and progression
Term Dates
Absolute Beginners is currently on break, but will resume on September 8th for Autumn Term 2026. Sessions are 45 minutes long and start at 4:45pm.

The cost is £150 for the full 6 session course, booked as a whole.
